These terms cover use of the Life Event OS storefront and its current digital products.
Using the storefront
You may browse the storefront, review product information, and contact support. Please provide accurate information when purchasing a system or asking for help so we can direct you to the appropriate customer access flow.
Digital products
Life Event OS currently offers digital systems, including First Apartment OS and Budget Reset OS. Product pages describe the files and tools included with each system. If a product includes separate usage notes, those notes apply to that product as well.
Tools, not professional advice
Life Event OS products are informational, organizational, and planning tools. They are not financial, legal, tax, medical, career, business, housing, wedding, health, or other professional advice. The tools may help you organize information and plan next steps, but they are not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional who understands your circumstances.
Your decisions and results
You are responsible for the decisions you make, the information and inputs you use, and verifying anything that matters to your situation. Results vary based on individual circumstances and how the tools are used. Life Event OS does not promise or guarantee a particular financial, career, business, housing, wedding, health, life, or other result.
Checkout and access
A purchase is completed through the checkout flow presented for the selected product. After completed payment, the product is delivered as a digital download. If you cannot access a purchase, use the contact page and include the email used at checkout.
No warranty and limited responsibility
The digital tools are provided as available, without a promise that they will be complete, error-free, suitable for every situation, or produce a particular result. Except where a rule that applies to you says otherwise, Life Event OS is not responsible for indirect losses or consequences arising from your use of, reliance on, or inability to use the tools. This does not change any responsibility that cannot be limited under applicable rules.
Updates
The storefront, product information, and these terms may change as the Life Event OS library develops. The current product page and checkout flow are the source for the system being purchased.
