Life Event OS systems are digital downloads. Here is what to expect after payment and where to get access help.
Delivery after payment
Purchases are digital downloads delivered after completed payment. Your purchase confirmation includes access to the files, and signed-in customers can return to My Library for available purchases.
Access trouble
If a download link is not available or you cannot find a purchase, use the contact page and include the email used at checkout along with the product name. Support can help direct you to the existing access flow.
File compatibility
The current systems include editable workbook files designed for Excel-compatible spreadsheet software. They can also be opened in Google Sheets, though formatting and formulas can vary by app. Review the product page and FAQ before purchase if you have compatibility questions.
